 1) How do I transfer my domain to Zona Hosting?

You can initiate this process simply enough by visiting the site where you made the domain register and changing the servers’ names to:

Primary DNS:
Server’s Name / Name server: NS.ZONAHOSTING.NET
Server’s IP address / IP address: 69.0.235.30

Secondary DNS:
Server’s Name / Name server: NS2.ZONAHOSTING.NET
Server’s IP address / IP address: 69.0.236.30

If you cannot or doesn’t have the technical knowledge to perform such change communicate with the  Support Department and we will help you to do it. After having changed the DNS, your domain will be updated and visible in Internic in a 24 to 96 hours period of time.
 

2) Which is the technical support you offer me?

We give our customers technical assistance through our Support Department. We answer and solve your questions in a less than 24 hours period of time at maximum. The technical emergencies are attended with priority, afterwards taking the consults in the order they are received. But if you want some help you’re your web site’s design, scripts, programming among others, you should ask our Web Development Department for the budget; as we only dedicate to the technical problems of the hired hosting accounts. Our technical support is opened 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and you will be able to communicate with it through different medias:  Chat On-Line, E-Mail, Ticket or By Phone (from Mondays to Fridays from 10 to 18 hours GMT -3).

3) How long does it take to open the account?

Once the payment is confirmed we will open your account in less than an hour in working days, except for the weekends and festivities when the period is of 12 hours maximum. With the opening you will receive an e-mail with all the details to access your Hosting account.

4) Do you accept international domains?

Yes, of course we accept all the international domains as long as they are authorized by the pertinent  entities.

5) Do you make the arrangements to register the domains?

Yes, we make your domain’s purchase following the prices of the menu in the home page.

6) Which are your ways of payment?

7) Does it any money back guarantee exist?

8) How do I transfer the files to my Web site’s folder?

You can transfer your files via FTP,  FrontPage or through HTTP, with your control panel.

9) Can I make an Upgrade of my present plan?

Of course you can make an Upgrade just when you consider it convenient.

10) If I want to discontinue an account with which anticipation must I communicate it?

You have total freedom to decide, as the payments are in advance, whenever you want to discontinue your account you will be able to do it.

11) What kind of sites can I host?

We do not accept site contents of Warez kind. We do not allow contents related to children pornography, terrorist activities, diffusion of forbidden substances, sites with xenophobic or discriminative contents; in the previous cases such sites will be automatically removed.

12) Where can I read the Web hosting and domain’s names contract?
